CNC Spindle Brush

Finally, I’m starting to operate my home made CNC. Considering the large amount of dust and slugs produced by the machine, I decided to make this brush holder to collect dust and slugs and connect my vacuum to the machine.
Basically, there are 2 dove tail rails mounted on my Z axis, with 2 brackets sliding in. The brush slide slides in into these 2 brackets, then is held by 2 spring blockers.
The complex brackets / slide can slide up / down along the Z axis; once reached the desidered height, the system (in case) is held in position by 2 M5 bolts.
The brush slide has an opening on the back side to let the CNC mill slip inside. The square opening fits the Kress’s chuck.
I printed the stuff without considering….breaking strenght rules (i.e. the dove tail rails should be printed vertically – I printed them horizzontally – to ensure the ridigity of the dove tail insert), but the device doesn’t need such strenght, so (I hope) no problem.
