CNC Router Tramming tool.
You can use #6 machine screws to tighten part down.
I use two 1/4 Flat End mills. One in the router and then one on the other end.
Manually spin the tool to check for the gap between the end mill and the board.
I was able to get within a few thousands by tweaking my cnc router x and y axis. I was out about 50 thousands and could see lines in the parts. Afterwards i could barely see anything or feel anything with a fingernail.
