Coaster / frame thing Ver 2

I had a request to make a round version of the coaster / frame thing. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3417257)

For some reason I have had problems printing this on a Dremel printer - the Y layer shift is fairly obvious in the photo (blue model) & is not conducive for the rotation idea. Regardless of what I do I get y layer shifts for larger versions of this print. The Monoprice Mini V2, however, printed this flawlessly. For 1/5 the cost of the Dremel.
