Cochlear-Implant wall holder

I've created a wall mount for a Cochlear-Implant for my girlfriend's Cochlear-Implant to assemble on the wall with double side tape or a screw (head 6mm, thickness 3mm).I'm not perfect at creating, but I didn't find anything like that, so I did it on my own.It has a 12mm max height and a 4mm baseplate height. You can see other measurements from the photos.
