Code clean up Cable Chain and eliminated zero volume surfaces

Did a bunch of cleanup while reviewing utility of this cable cain
Still open to improve:
- it is not really fully parametric: thickness of wings and diameter of pins can not be changed by the configurator
- it appears to have no inherent stop angle and could be flexible up or down
- i am not sure if the elimination of zero surfaces will be parametrically stable in every valid configuration
- a print in place straight section only would be beneficial
