Design ConceptCreated in the style of the traditional British Tea Caddy; this caddy with a familiar crest emblazoned on its side, stands 24cm (9 inches) tall and conceals 3 rotating platters, each holding 8 Nespresso sized coffee pods.The pods sit securely in the platters, but are raised up slightly to allow for easy loading and selection.Options1. If you would prefer to use this as a tea caddy or a cookie jar, additional files have been supplied. Simply print the Body, Top Nut (handle) and the following two files, then follow the instructions in the section below:08. Coffee Caddy - Cookie Jar Adaption - Bolt.stl08. Coffee Caddy - Cookie Jar Adaption - Lid.stl2. There is also an alternative top nut (handle) option with knurling: 06b. Coffee Caddy - Top Nut (Knurled).stl3. If you would like to print the crest separately from the body, swap out the #07A STL file for the two #07b STL files.Design & PrintingThe caddy was designed completely in Tinkercad.All printing was done on a Creality Ender-3 V3 KE.All pieces were printed with the following settings:Media: PLABed: Textured PEITemperatures: 215°C Nozzle, 60°C BedZ Hop: Slope, Z hop retraction: 0.2Layer Height: 0.2First Layer Height: 0.2Infill: 15%Supports: (Tree (Auto) - Organic) were used with the Body (STL #07) to support the logo.Filament used in photos: eSun ePLA+ 1.75mm (colour: bone white)Time & Material Usage:Lifter - 5.5 hours 207gDisc 1 - 2 hours 57gDisc 2 - 2.6 hours 74gDisc 3 - 2.6 hours 74gLid - 6.5 hours 242gTop Nut (smooth) - 2 hours 80gBody - 11.6 hours 461gTotal: 32.8 hours - 1,195gAssembly Instructions1. Slide Disc 1 (with number facing down) onto the Lifter axle.2. Follow by siding Discs 2 and 3 (with numbers facing down) onto the Lifter axle.3. Slide the Lid on to the Lifter axle.4. Screw the Top Nut onto the top of the threaded protruding Lifter axle.5. Lift the completed assembly and slide into the Body.6.
