Coffee table leg mounting bracket

This coffee table might be from Ikea, but I'm not quite sure. The legs are mounted with plastic brackets that easily break, making the legs loose. It's a serious weakness, but easily fixable with some new printed brackets. They might not be the fanciest design, but they work perfectly. If anyone knows the name and model of this table, please let me know, as I haven't been able to figure it out.
