Coil Bobbin Winder

Neat coil winder, I used Arduino micro, Photoelectric-Interrupt-Sensor,motor speed controller and a 4 segment display.
A bit of a tight fit but works fine. Need improvement on the Arduino sketch . It cant keep up with speed. I used a button counter sketch as i can't code. Any suggestions or help with code would be appreciated. I have included various files so you can alter / improve to your needs.
