Coin Sorter changes

Just my contribution to the Coin Sorter project.

Has the US version files. I had issues getting the ramp selector to print, and fixed that issue. Prints perfect now and lays FLAT.

This is the main project. You will need to omit the Euro coin parts and use the above linked coin holder.

I have modeled up the base extender as well- Fit like a glove.
