Coin tubes for storing standard US coins as well as parameterized openSCAD files for creating tubes of different sizes for different coins and with or without custom labels.

* Prints without supports but may need glue to ensure proper adhesion on smooth plates.
Parameters:
* Side label + size
* Cap label + size
* Coin diameter (mm)
* Coin thickness (mm)
* Coin capacity (number of coins in a tube)
* Side length (width of the square coin tube)
* Height (height of the closed coin tube)
* Top tube height (how much the round tube protrudes from the top of the square base in mm)
* Cap height (mm)
* Cap tolerance (how tightly the cap fits in mm)
* Coin tolerance (how tightly the coins fit in the tube in mm)
