The door cap is tightly fitted for being strong enough to holding the coins inside. I strongly recommend the supported door cap for the best results without any afterwork. For closing the door gently push it. If you want to open it gently push it again into the coinbox then take the door from inside. If you pull the door without any afterwork, you can break it cause of the tightness.
