The lid latch on my Coleman 150 (5 day) cooler was broken, so I took it apart and measured a new one up and modeled it in 3D Builder. Then sliced in prusa slicer at .1mm layer height (2.5 hour print). Print with supports on bed only with "removable" setting (.2mm support separation. Prints nice and clean, and the supports pop off when you flex the bed. I printed with a 4mm brim just in case.

Perfect fit, nearly identical to the original part.

Thingiverse won't let me upload photos so you'll have to just make do with the model file. Something about 500MB pictures or some rot like that (shrink on upload, developers can ruin a good experience faster than snot on a raisin.)
