Coleman Cooler Flexy Hinge Replacement

The plastic hinges on my Coleman cooler broke. I broke out my digital calipers, measured the broken pieces, and designed replacements that work best with flexible filament. Let me know if it works for you. :-)

If you are using nylon or similar material to print, you shouldn't use mine, you should use this one. If you're using Ninjaflex or Filaflex or any other "flexy" filament, the above design will likely not work very well for you. It didn't for me.

This above design didn't work well on my flexible filament. The small bits didn't print well, and the screw holes were too large. When used, the flexible filament would stretch out and make the hinges fall off. My hinge is different so that flexible filament would work much better.
