Coleman QuickPump 4D (FreeCAD)

I've included STL files for 14 standard imperial sizes from 1/4 inch up to 1 inch. I've also included the FreeCAD file to allow for the creation of any size I didn't include such as metric.

If a custom size is needed, simply edit the "Profile Sketch" and change the value of the top most constraint to half of the desired nozzle diameter.

Supports are needed for the pin grooves only.

I beveled the bottom few layers with a knife to get rid of the flare from my heated bed. I printed and tested this new design and it fits the intake and exhaust ports perfectly.
