A fan that goes onto the standard 7/8" collet nut on small routers often used for cheaper CNC routers to cool the part and evacuate chips. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GjZTtfdRsIov2Z130Y_VnwMzsByWJQqJ/view?usp=drive_link 1/8" thick aluminum tube full depth cutting with a ¼" single flute endmill (I don't remember the stepover, but it was pushing the limits of the machine) on a Shapeoko XL with no cooling or lubricant other than the collet fan. There has been several design revisions to optimize performance (blade length and “droop angle”). They have been tested all the way up 32,000 rpm (max RPM on the CNC router I tested on) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1A0tV7ckcbsqBq7hQGaur73Bl56MoT47g/view?usp=drive_link. The flush version is optimized for when you need the clearance and are cutting closer to the top of the tool. All of the iterations were printed with just enough walls to make the blades solid wall, 20% infill at a .16mm layer height out of translucent PETG on
