Purpose
-------
This is used to color code switches on a boat switch panel. Print two covers to snap onto a switch. These covers friction-lock, however a holding glue could be used if its a little loose. It has been specifically designed for the Blue Sea Systems A-Series Toggle switches. Do not expect these to work with any other switches.
Tips
----
Note that the 3D Printer and Extruder must be calibrated prior to printing. I highly recommend printing a single half, and checking it against a switch. If it's the wrong size, calibrate printer. If it's too loose, increase extrusion about 10%. If it's too tight, try pliers with moderate force. If still too tight, reduce extrusion about 10%. Repeat until happy. Then print lots of them. I usually print large batches once I'm happy with the settings. I've printed these using ABS, but I found I had to adjust settings including temperatures for each different brand of filament.
