Colored Lego Dalek

I bought a Lego Dalek from eBay, only to find that half of the parts were missing. As I built and printed the missing parts it occurred to me that an interesting effect could be achieved if the skirt nubs were colorized. In the end this turned out quite nicely. Ready to start my Dalek army. When I finally got a complete Dalek from a different eBay vendor, I could compare the two. Note for the 3D printed version, I used a real Lego part for the eye as the translucent blue is very pretty. I'm not sure how it would look in PLA. Enjoy.
