Column Rack: 500 µL Columns, Double-Sided

This 3D-printable double-sided rack is designed for custom shrink-fit 500 µL columns with 7 mL Savillex PFA vials underneath. The columns insert into the top for alignment, rest on the countersunk middle layer, and the vials sit securely on the bottom tier. Each side holds nine columns, with the first side numbered 1–9 and the second side 10–18. (A second rack, numbered 19–27 and 28–36, is also included.) Once one side is loaded, the rack can be rotated to use the other.

For best results, print on its side to avoid the need for supports.
