Combo X switch bracket (3dChameleon)

This print is for the color changer dual (or quad) 3D Chameleon. The X-switch design allows for utilization of the carriage bracket rather than the stock hot-end cover. This is good for those of us with custom cooling solutions.
Simply print with limited support, clean out the holes with a drill bit and replace the original mounting plate while using the original hardware. One additional 3mm screw is what holds the 3d Chameleon switch in place. Gravity holds it in place fine.

EDIT: I moved the switch over by .040" towards the carriage.
