At .28 height, model has 10 layers. To achieve the multi-color effect in the photo, I printed the first 7 layers in one color, paused for filament swap, and did the last 3 in the second color. I use Cura, and I accomplished this by going to Extensions->Post Processing->Modify G-Code. I chose Pause at height plugin with the following settings:
* Pause at: Layer No.
* Pause Layer: 7
* Park Print Head X: 0
* Park Print Head Y: 0
* Retraction: 25mm
* Retraction Speed: 25mm/s
* Extrude Amount: 0mm
* Extrude Speed: 3.3333mm/s
* Redo Layers: 0
* Standby Temperature: 25C

If you choose to print in a smaller layer height, you'll need to make adjustments to the layer No.
