Command Strip Hook 180 Degrees

Wanted to hang flags on the inside of my garage door without them falling off when it opens, and without drilling any holes in it, so designed this.
Pad is same size as the 3M Command Strops I had, and hook goes almost full 180 degrees so flags stay on at both angles.
