Complexity experiment

These discs were used to test the effects of complexity on decision-making in ants. There are four levels of complexity. A perspex disc was placed on top to ensure ants had to move through the maze, while also offering a viewing point.

It would be possible to scale these discs and test behaviour on different animals.
