I made a system that can store small electronic parts, bolts/nuts, etc.

I am sorry. I missed uploading the STL file for the Bottle Holder.
I have just uploaded it.

I found that the ZIP file doesn't include the missed file.
So you'd better download from the 'Thing files' menu.
