This is a case for a popular chinese compressor/air pump. The original case is way bigger, with this design the compressor is much smaller and portable. I do not recomend buying this cheap compressor to do this mod, but, if you happend to have one (mine was a free promo product) this is a good way to make it more portable.
It was tested inflating a motorbike from 0 pressure (couple of minutes) and it survived the heat. This compressors get really hot. Do not use for more than 10 mintes without letting it cool down.
Other good mods are adding a fuse and a switch for safer and easier operation.
