Concave Polyhedra

More polyhedra generated from David McCooey's data via XQuery and OpenSCAD. These need a little editing of the OpenSCAD generated from my Polyhedra Index.
The figures are based on convex polyhedra to which face-based pyramids have been added or removed.
These STL files are manifold and Slic3r handles them OK but have not yet been printed. Small changes to the code parameters will fix. One of the versions of the Tetrahemihexahedron has been enlarged by reducing the size of the removed pyramid.
