Keeps your rowing seat where you want it when not in use; loosens and slides out of the way while in use. Can be used in front of or behind the chair. Easily removed if needed. A simple device for a simple task -- simply snap on the clip and tighten the screw until snug and voila, no more rolling forward or backward. Great for small home gyms where things have/need a specific place and layout matters.
