A kadomatsu is a traditional Japanese New Year’s decoration made of pine and bamboo, typically placed in front of homes or gates. It’s also known as matsukazari, kazari-matsu, or tate-matsu.I wanted a small New Year’s decoration, so I created this using Blender. This is perfect for those who want a kadomatsu but feel uneasy about the sharp tips of bamboo. The sample in the photo uses PLA SILK.Filament usage (including supports):about 32gPrint time:1.4h[Note]★ It’s handy to have needle-nose pliers or tweezers to remove the supports. (Honestly, it’s probably impossible to do it by hand.)★When printed with PETG, extra force is especially required to remove the supports.
