Wanting to run some cables along a trailer, using a flexible plastic conduit. Could have used cable ties, but I have a 3d printer, so made some brackets. :)
Didn't want to drill holes as it's a galvanised trailer.
The bracket fits onto 80mm x 40mm box section.
It is designed for 20mm plastic conduit.
It used a small screw and nut to tighten it. I used 4mm x 20mm allen head screws.
Trailer cable conduit bracket 1 - Uses the screw to clamp onto both the box section and the conduit. See picture 1 + 2, (brown brackets)
Trailer cable conduit bracket 1.1 - this is the same as bracket #1, only a different orientation for easier viewing.
Trailer cable conduit bracket 2 - Had to go up and over the axle, this angles the conduit to go over the axle. The conduit is a tight push fit into the bracket. Again, a screw is used to clamp the bracket onto the box section.
Trailer cable conduit bracket 3 - Is a mirror image of bracket 2. This is for the other side of the axle. See
