cone for ball winder

I made this basic cone for my Stanwood 10 oz heavy duty ball winder so I can keep the yarn on this extra cone while using it for machine knitting. Used this option as I got a more stable stable resistance when machine knitting with the yarn when keeping it on the cone as I have no real cone winder. Its a very basic design and probably has room for improvement, but it works as it is.
50g of yarn fits nicely but it will take up to 100g depending on the yarn.

I put the yarn on the cone before putting on the sleeve, this helps lock the sleeve on the cone
