1:100 model of the Conestoga 1 rocket. Developed and manufactured by Space Services inc. of America (SSIA), the Conestoga one rocket was launched on sep 9th 1982 sending a dummy payload into space on a sub orbital trajectory. This marked the first time a privately funded rocket reached space.
