Configurable inline filter for ventilator

This is a simple mod of
https:www.thingiverse.com/thing:4196325
that I created in support of
https:github.com/jcl5m1/ventilator/issues/4

I removed the bottom part of the original design,
added tapering to the tubing connection, and
made the height of the tubing connector customizable.

The idea is to print two of the tops to fit the tubing
and use the sleeve to hold the filter.

As shown in the gif, this design is very configurable so it can
hold whatever filter you are able to get.
