This is an easy to hold fidget that helps relieve anxiety. Each of the rings can fold onto the next ring as well as spin between them. I personally prefer the 4 ring fidget as it has more configurations and gets more of my hand involved. The 2 ring version is a little more stealth though so that may be my go to at work.
