Control 12CM fan

A 12cm fan to suck away air. In my case when I'm welding in my shed and when the humidity becomes too high. For the controls parts see this repository: https://github.com/Wilko01/Werkbank_Fan The seal for fan part on plate 2 is not needed when the gap to mount the fan is nicely fitting. I my case it is not and I added the seal.
