We use Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs in the Industrial Maintenance class I teach. We have trainers for the students, but none for the instructor. I've been slowly piecing together my own chassis from Ebay parts. I noticed a lot of the chassis on Ebay have broken dividers and they don't sell well. I scored a 17-slot chassis for $20 shipped and designed up some replacement parts to fix it.
These are (intentionally) a snug fit. They don't have all the neat reinforcing webs on the back because that's not needed in 3D printing. That was just Allen Bradley's way to keep the cross-sectional area consistent for mold flow in the original injection moulded part. These fit just fine and work well as you can see in the pictures.
