I designed this system to convey filament without straining the ACE PRO feed system. I wanted something that would work optimally and avoid feed errors and print stalls. I noticed that most of the friction comes from the filament's narrow bend at the ACE's feed hole, but not only that, but also from the direction of the traction relative to the spool, which tends to press on the rollers, increasing friction. With the use of a concave roller, the filament is directed to the center. Its diameter of approximately 30 mm eliminates tight bends, and by raising the traction position, the spool is no longer pressed downwards. I also created two shock-absorbing supports that prevent tearing. This has definitively solved the print stall with matte filaments, which tend to jam due to their roughness. Now, the noise is also reduced, and everything runs smoother. Printing is quick (about 1.5 hours) and without supports. I recommend using PETG. I used PETG-ANYCUBIC, and the offset values were perfect. You need two 625zz bearings (5x16x5 mm), for each part. There's no need to use glue. If the print is good, simply snap the parts together and use the bearings. position the conveyor centrally with respect to the reel, so that the roller does not touch the shoulders of the reel. If you have the new ACE version, you need to remove the transparent flaps from the ACE cover by unscrewing the two screws. If you don't have the bearings, you can print the bushings by downloading the file "Replacing 625zz_bearings.stl", but my advice is to use the bearings for optimal operation. Comments are welcome, let me know if this project solved your traction issues, especially with matte filaments. After 2 months of heavy use, I haven't had a single print block.
