I have been trying to get a 3D-printed spinner to rotate as long as possible. I managed to get the version with six weights to spin for up to 20 seconds which I think is pretty impressive for a 3D-printed bearing. They are really fun to play with!* The holder has two pieces (A, B) that you screw together. All version use the same holder.* No supports needed* In the naming of the models is included for what nozzle size it's designed (0.2 / 0.4). The models printed with a 0.2mm nozzle will spin a bit smoother. The weighted versions can be printed with either 0.2mm or 0.4mm.* At the start the might not spin very long but they should get smoother the more you spin them!Air blow version: You can blow at this one to make it spin really fast.Weighted version: This one can spin the longest. You can find these weights in old fidget spinners, or you can even use metal 608 bearings as weight (although this may defeat the point of a 3D-printed bearing lol). The holes have a diameter of 22mm and a height of 7mm.Tips:-> layer height of 0.1mm-> random seam position-> clean print bed for better adhesion-> lower outer wall speed (about 50mm/s for me)-> if you can't get the bearing to move try to lower your extrusion rate (0.95 worked best for me)-> if you are still having problems with it, please let me know! The clearances for the bearings are all pretty tight so getting them to work properly might be challenging. I would love to know how they turn out for you.
