Cooling bracket for Ender 3 V2

The original part worked fine for me, but when printing difficult parts with overhangs it was causing some issues. Figured out it was because the screw hole needed to be moved up and over to the left ~3mm. So remixed it and now it should aim the cooling fan much more accurately
