Cooling System Parts

Custom-designed bulkhead connectors for racing cooling systems. These bulkhead connectors are designed to work with standard fittings, like the ones from Coolshirt (link below). Also included is a mount for a Deutsche 2-wire connector so your wire connection stays securely fastened to the cooler.

Material List
* Cooler - your choice, I used a 19qt Engel
* Bilge pump: Any marine bilge pump with a 3/4 outlet size
* Hose: 3/4 id generic hose. I use a silicone based, bought off ebay by the foot. The length in my cooler is 15in
* exterior bulkhead female connects: Several are available, I use the ones from Coolshirt link here https://coolshirt.com/product/bulkhead-fittings/
* electrical connector: Standard 2-pin Deutsch connector
* 2 part epoxy for securing the bilge pump, and the Deutsch connector.
