I wanted a copy stand to digitize film. So I made one.
Stuff to get:
3 12" 20x20 v-slot extrusions
1 12" 20x40 v-slot extrusion
4 double corner brackets
18 m4 cap screws and v-nuts
1 1/4 20 bolt (2 1/2")
1 1/4 20 bolt (3/4)
1 1/4 20 nut
The thumb wheels are purposely very tight. I used my vice to press fit the nut and bolts.
Assembly is pretty straight forward, just look at pics.
lightboard can be found here;
