CoreXY 3D printer

coreXY 3d printer made from laser cut 6 mm wood with build volume 20 20 30 cm. I build and designed it from scratch 4 years ago but it's not recommended for you if it's your first 3d printer you are going to build !! it has some problems you should edit the model first 1. the X axis not rigid because it has only two linear bearing not three. 2. Belt tension system needs some modifications i think there is a better design. 3. nema 17 motor supported by 2 screw M3 40 from the down side. 4. I think it would be better if another fan added to the ramps to cool it. 5. Z plate made from 2 mm steel, I recommend to replace it with only 1 mm, if you need to replace it with wood it will be very flexible. 6. Z axis needs to have 4 linear bearing LMF 12 opposite to each other not only two to make the plate more rigid. 7. Turbo fan for the nozzle need's to be mounted professionally. 8. 3D printed case needed to support the screen. 9. the hole on the top and bottom plate that the wires pass through needs to be a little bigger. 10. you need to buy or print hinges for the acrylic doors. 11. the curved wood at the front of the machine should be cut by a technic to be flexible. . Mainly the design is good, rigid and looks fantastic.
