Overview:I occasionally make cornhole boards, so I designed some jigs to make the assembly quick, accurate and consistent. I make my boards out of ¾” baltic birch plywood and secure all parts with pocket screws. I designed two sets of jigs:A jig to attach the sides to the top while maintaining a specific overhang. I make my boards with a ¾” overhang. With the top face down, simply clamp a jig on each end then align the side pieces to the jig and screw in place.Jigs to attach a cross brace across the legs with a defined inset in both up/down and front/back. I typically make my legs beefy by laminating two ¾” pieces to make the legs roughly 1-1/2” thick, but I made a jig (labeled with “075” in the file name) for ¾” thick legs as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good picture of the 1-1/2” legs in the jig, so I put two ¾” legs together for the picture, but you get the idea.
