Corona Coffee Mask

These are two safety masks that I put together with using commercial coffee filters in mind. I have been using 2-3 filters sandwiched together and then all you have to do is fold down the coffee filter where the nose insert is and fasten to face.

Print on the prototype takes about an 1.5 hours and the Final takes 4.5 on my CR-10S.

I am using 1/4 inch elastic banding to create the fasteners. You can utilize this mask to go around the ears or overhead, which makes it very convenient.

The Prototype file was the first one I printed to test fit to the face. It works well but it allows the coffee filter to touch the mouth which is a no no. So I created the final to allow for a coffee filter to be pushed into it and allow for more room from lips to the paper.

I would like to challenge people to please credit me if you want to update this mask but also would like to see those who are way better than me to make this print better with shorter print times.
