Corona Mask

Printed at .2mm layer height 4 upper, 4 lower and 3 perimeters
I prefer SUNLU white pla+ but any filament will obviously work

I've loaded a bunch of photos to show the molding process. These are nice and easy to ship flat, the user can custom fit to their face. I find 110% is good for men vs95 to 105 for women and kids.

Basically boil a cup of water, pour it into a plate and mold the plastic as needed. You can use a hair drier as well, but the boiling water works really well. Let it sit about 5 seconds and go.... also I find it helps to screw the caps in to keep the threads from warping.
