Hello everybody,
because the corona pandemic is currently dominating the world, I also want to make a contribution.
Since the respiratory masks are scarce, I designed a clip with which you can easily convert any cloth into a face mask.
The clip can be used on the left and right (so you have to print out the parts twice).
Any fabric that is washable at 60 ° can be used for the cloth (jersey, cotton or similar). The fabric does not have to be punched (if it is not too thick, e.g. fabric from an old T-shirt) to clip on. Two cutting patterns for the fabric (1x with, 1x without holes) are available, but can be adjusted as desired.
In addition, you need 2 pieces of elastic band max. 9 mm wide and 20-25 cm long.
The clip consists of two parts, which are clipped together with the fabric in between.
TPU is used to print the clip, as this is the most flexible when clipping.
To make it easier to clip together, I also designed a small stamping tool. However, this has to be
