A new stylish concept with a synergy of technical aesthetic and high functionality. If a CORRECTION ROLLER can be new established in our world of "Digital Documentation", I think, this model has a good chance. This new design concept, has a new developed drive system, which differed significantly from other existing products on the market. Some technical Notes: The drive system is based on a gear drive with a new type of a friction clutch. The friction clutch is supported by a radial assembled » Closed Tension Spring Ring « (modelled as a "Dummy"), which hopefully can guarantee a constant friction torque over a longer period. The » Closed Tension Spring Ring « brings its clamping force to the two spring arms of a geared coupling part, made of plastic material (POM). The plastic spring arms are not pre-loaded, so that only the clamping force of the » Closed Tension Spring Ring « takes effect. The stress relaxation of the plastic spring arms can be minimized in this way. A "Fine Tuning" of all spring elements is surely required. A final calculation has not been done yet.
