This is a simple corner piece that was created to allow me to build correx boxes without the need for glue. I want to put this into a damp enviroment and glue may fail over time (Although PLA may too...)
This allows boxes to be any size although for bigger boxes it may need remixing to all more depth to ensure a better fit.
The piece is sized for standard 3mm Correx sheets, and the L shaped piece simply slides over the formed corner. If you look at the attatched image representing a piece of Correx the GREEN lines are cuts and the ORANGE lines are scored to allow a fold.
If you look at Image 1 you can see how the box is simply formed, and the Corner piece placed over the corner, see image 2. The corner is sized to allow one sheet of Correx on one side and two inth the other.
If you have 3mm Correx it should be a tight fit and stay due to friction, however printer and Correx tolerances may mean you need to alter the sizing slightly.
