Tried to get a new brake to replece the worn one, but Cosato did not answer me. A pram without brake is dangerous, so I designed one myself.
As I see almost all Cosato prams share the same brake design, so possibly you can just check the size and print.
Outer parts printed in PLA 0,2 mm, with 50% infill.
Inner parts bear the most force so I decided to print in PETG 0,2 mm with 80% infill.
Total print time on my FLSun QQ was cca 11 hours.
You need 2 pcs 4x30 mm screws to fix the arm and 4 pcs 3x30 screws to assemble the top-bottom housing.
I did not put any lubrication because it may collect dust and so increase the wear, but PLA-PETG pair with the model tolerance give a very good sliding effect.
