I broke my pair of Costa 580P sunglasses and decided to design and print replacement arms. It worked really well so I thought I would share.

I am also including the modifier for Slic3r. The hinges need more support than the rest of the arm.

First Layer = .3mm
Layers = .15mm
Perimeters = 3
Top/Bottom Layer = 1/1
Speed = no more than 30mm/s
Infill = 0%
Makergeek filament @ 230C
Max cooling above layer 2
Modifier Infill = 100%
