Costar stabilizer stabilizer

Stabilizer for Costar stabilizers - intended for use on keyboard plates cut out to be compatible with both pcb stabilizers and plate stabilizers. Designed to rest on pcb and print with no supports.

# known issues
* The parts are designed on nominal dimensions based on empirical measurements. Scaling may be needed based on the printer.

* The slit to hold on to the plate has a radius, which is not present on a metal plate. Some filing is required. I used the steel plate I have and picked one of its straight edges filed off the radius using that edge. Repeat for both sides of the slit.

* I printed without scaling and with a bit of filing, the stabilizer fits very snugly.
