My son is dressing as a video game character for Halloween, and wanted green power lights shooting out of his sleeves. I figured the easiest way to do that was a couple of cheap battery powered 20 LED holiday light strings. Print the bracelet using spiral with no top or bottom. Print the collar and clasp solid. I used a raft, because the adhering surfaces are thin, and can come loose from the print bed. Start at one end of the bracelet with the end of the light string, and thread the light thru the tube to emerge on the other end. continue threading the lights through the tubes, until you reach the opposite end. The battery pack gets inserted into the square loop on the collar, and is taped in place. Place the bracelet around the wrist. Slip the collar over the bracelet with the opening on the opposite side of the bracelet opening. Snap the clasp over the round ends of the collar. Flip on the lights, and destroy galactic evil-doers.
